My medical was sent electronically from the doctor on the 23 of April.

I have called CIC and they told me that waiting time is 6 month. Regarding the medical they said it will take can take up to three months to be added to my file . The agent also refused to take my application number or do any check on my case because it didn't pass the six months .

It's very weird because some people applied after me and sent their medical after me and they got updates. I have literally nothing :o :( :( :(

Hi mojo, when did your ECAS status change from "application received" to "in process"? Finally find someone "in process" whose ME also hasn't passed yet. I kind of hope that "in process" means our ME has actually passed and it's only that our VOs didn't bother to update it in our CIC accounts.

HERE IS MY ECAS STATUS :

We received your application for permanent residence on March 27, 2015.
We started processing your application on March 28, 2015.

So it's about to be update Thursday. I just hope we all get good news by Friday morning.

Hello,

How did you know that it will be updated this Thursday ?

There has been a fairly consistent Friday trend over the last 4-5 weeks now. ECAS status changing from App Received to In Process or BG check changing from Not Started to In Progress or PPR letter being issued. Friday is D-day!

My ECAS shows only two lines too. I mean the general status was changed from "application received" to "in process". It's kind of rare that at this stage we still only have two lines and no ME result.

My timeline:

ITA March 27, FSW Inland application
Submitted and AOR April 9th,
Medical Passed/BKGD in progress April 22 on MYCIC
Additional Document requested and provided on June 24th

ECAS 3 lines- App received with wrong dates over last two months

You're right. Hopefully the trend continues. My BG check is still not started though. But I saw where someone got PPR the day BEFORE BG check started. You never know with CIC bro ;) :-\

Asivad and YamPower you guys are getting me so excited... am in the same boat Jun 19 in process with 27 Mar ITA and 30 Apr AOR.... dreams are about to come true :)

So it's Thursday Canadian time and Friday morning for us

Come on CIC, make this happen. BG check in progress on Thursday, PPR on Friday. I know you guys can do it. Just do it like Nike :D

Let my TGIF #TurnUp be worth it. Lol

Lol , the only way this can happen is if CIC agents transformed to Angles lol which is highly unluckily to happen hahahaha .

Yeah praying for a miracle :)
