Thanks a lot Double S.
CIC suddenly woke up yesterday to push our files towards the finish line. I wish you and everyone a speedy processing of their PPRs.

Wow, our timelines are very, very similar. Let's see who gets ppr first and how long the office takes to return the pp.

You hit the nail on the head. To be very honest with you, I have been looking at your posts for updates and my application have followed suite. I have checked my application and found no movement. But when I find your posts of movement, my file also moves!

I wish all the luck to you!

I noticed in your signature they granted your BOWP today! They certainly haven't forgotten you, my friend! :)

The BOWP was granted a month ago, Asivad... Waiting anxiously for "In Process" status ::) ;D

My bad esantos. :-[

I'm sure yours is around the corner - maybe next week! We've all served our time!

Hi Everyone.
Congrats for those who got ppr and wish good luck for those who are waiting including myself.
Hi folks. I have a question. Please clarify. I have received rcmp request for myself and schedule A for my spouse for a particular time period. While filling the form should I have to complete all sections or only the personal history they have asked for my spouse. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.
My timeline is as follows
profile created feb 12
ita recd feb 20
App submitted apr 18
Aor recd apr 19
Celpip req Apr 29
Celpip submitted Apr 30
Fbi pcc received June 12
case specific enquiry requested june 13 and submitted fbi pcc
RCMP request and schedule A June 16

my ecas is 3 lines. Medical passed and application received.

Where do I see ECAS status?
After you login (https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas), it is the underlined status on the right under the heading "Permanent Residence Application Status". It is usually either "In Process" or "Application Received" You can then click on it to get further details about your application processing status.

You fill in the entire form.

AOR received the 25 April...
No update at all.. The medical were submitted by physician the 20 March...and in MyCiC still no sign of Medical "received".
I've opened a Specific case... no sign of life...

I know I have only 456 and I believe they are following the ranking also for the application opening... I'm feeling I'll take 6 months for me!

AOR April 13

I called CIC today, and the agent told me that processing time for FSW under Express Entry is now 18 months :o :'(
Guys!!! I don't want to be checking ECAs and MyCIC every hour for the next 16 months!!! ???
I feel a bit frustrated, and she couldn't even tell me any information on my application because "It hasn't passed the 18 month processing time".

Well, I guess I have to have faith and wait patiently... otherwise I will end up going crazy or something... :'(

Arghh... Frustration out, let me get back to work... Have a great week guys ;D

Hi esantos,

Don't worry... They actually don't have enough back information to calculate an approx. processing time, and most call centre agents from CIC know little to nothing about Express Entry. I'm sure the 18 month timeline is the latest information they had before EE started.

Hmm, this can be very frustrating.
I'm also continuously checking the status, hoping to see some change.

I don't think they base the processing of an application on points, I have over 1000 and I'm still in BG In Process from May 28th. Medical was submitted on April 9th and I got my AOR on April 15th and my medical wasn't passed until May 28th. So, don't give up hope yet!
However, since you have passed the 2 month mark you can call the medical branch and ask about the tests. Not sure if they can really tell much more, but it can't hurt.
