I have been following this thread and wanted to share my timeline. I am pure FSW, inside Canada, CRS = 456 , ITA: Apr 17th.
AOR received : May 1st
Medical Passed: June 11th
Background check in progress: June 11th

Do you have any Canadian experience at all? Pure FSW usually means someone who has no Canadian work experience and is applying from outside Canada.

Am I asking too much to hope for something, namely PPR, by the end of this month? I want to resign my job effective September 30 and fly to Toronto on October 7 and I want to give my boss two months notice at least.

No news still, 2 months passed, , submitted on April 10th, everything is same, app received, medical Passed, background checking "not started‘... God bless..

It is really case by case. I heard people getting their PPR in ONE month and also people spending 2, 3 months still await. My advice is to keep your files in the cloud and send to them whenever requested. For my case, I was requested for language test transcript and RCMP criminal record check. If you want to be safe, get them scanned before you leave and check emails on your leave. Good luck.

You're allowed 60 days after receiving an ITA to upload all your documents including PCC, Medicals, Work reference POF etc. And they might ask for any additional documents at a later date, if needed.
