New member though I have been following the forum for what seems like forever now! Thanks a ton for all the enlightening discussions. :)

I got my ITA (FSWP) on 27/3, submitted and got e-APR on 20/4, medicals cleared and 3 lines in ECAS around 28/4, BG changed to "Not Started" on 28/4. No movement at all from then.

I saw this on CIC site and wanted to share it and get some opinions on the same as well. [www dot cic dot gc dot ca/english/resources/tools/perm/form dot asp] Can't post links yet methinks, hope this works!

The information on this link (look for Correspondences related to Express Entry) might be indicating that, under EE, there is no AOR that lands in MyCIC account over and above the IMM 5794 message that we all got. Or am I reading this entirely wrong???

It is OK to move to Canada and update your status once you are in Canada. It does not matter whether you're in Canada or Outside once you've submitted your Profile and got the AOR.

@ tiger35, You already have the AOR from April which you can use it for your BOWP. Also, you have an LMIA in progress and with these you have no reason to worry. In EE once you submitted your APR and it does not matter what so ever unless you have any other complications with the submitted docs. So just relax and keep fingers crossed, you will get your turn.
Thanks jaffa83..for your valuable advise...I am little bit relaxed now...

Dear All,

I've been waiting over a month for medical pass, but there's no progress since AOR.
Have you been waiting for long time like me? I've checked with panel doctor where I did upfront medical and they confirmed sent my case
to CIC on April 16th. So, I'm doubt should I inquire CIC call center for this.

Thanks for any advice what I should do.

Many thanks.
Me too. Submitted my application on April 15th. Had my medical on March 31st and the doctor sent it to the CIC on April 9th. I have had no updates at all, still stuck on Review of Eligibility - In Progress with the medical listed as Not Needed.
It seems like if you call the CIC they will tell you to wait if it's been less than 6 months. Everyone keeps saying to give it more time. So, I think we all just need to be a bit patient.

Asking this again... Is there REALLY a 2nd AOR?

I saw this on CIC site and wanted to share it and get some opinions on the same as well. www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/form.asp

I don't think so. Maybe in a few weeks.

Thanks! Now I just hope they have all the docs they need from me. I'm already in Canada and have been working for about a year and a half. Looks like you were totally right about the background check starting immediately if you were in Canada.

looks like they are finalizing people who submitted their application on February .. :)

I think it is still all random

I can confirm that a pure FSW April applicant has received PPR. It was in the newspaper today in Jamaica.

Congratulations to her and her twin boys! I think they've started looking at April pure FSW applicants.

KVO (Kingston Visa Office) is known to be quite fast. Hoping it's the same when they get around to my application.
