Ottawa for the most part, it appears.

Other than these 2 today, you appear to be the only one on the forum who has been asked for a IMM5562 request. Haven't seen anyone else report this so far. And those two are travel virgins. Is that true for you as well? Or is that linked to something in your personal history?

What is your ECAS status?

It was for my spouse. She came back to Canada after we applied for PR.

I think its CIC Sydney for me , because if you look at the pdf document properties of the request sent ,you will get to know where its from .

Others want to check ??

Do you mean the Document Properties from the File menu? Where does it show where the document is from?

Just been asked by CIC a Schedule A for my spouse.
I submitted it right away.

Is this additional document request common ?
Does it mean something in particular ?

Kayden, it is very common....90% of applicants will get this kind of requests before PPR!!

Congratulations for the movements!

It seems CIC is mostly requesting info and sending out stamped PP (as indicated in another thread) today.

Since this forum is a quality sample of the whole, my prediction is that they are clearing out passports before taking in a new wave of, remember pre-August PPR callings, that wave must be dealt with before new batch can be taken in. And those additional doc requests today are just for closing in for the next wave of PPRs.

Plus, I dont think those who are back working in CIC after the long weekend will go on vacation, at least not within this week, so maybe there will be a steady progress for a good amount of applications for this week.

Hope my views will bring positive resonance...

Anyone who has the same which was requested to provide SCHEDULE A BACKGROUND DECLARATION? care to share please your timeline of PPR.

Yup, still quite a few of us. I submitted my app, April 15th and got my medical passed and bg check in progress on May 28th. No updates since then.

Just in case they ask me to complete one. It seems to be the trend this days.
