@legalfalcon Sir , I went through the link you posted. it says Security usually takes 110 days for 80% of applications. Since mine was updated last year and Still doesn't show if i passed it , Should I be worried about it ?

No need to be worried. For some cases, security may take longer, but you cannot do anything about it.

Hi @legalfalcon, I have 2 EE profiles, the first one was withdrawn, the second one got ITA and AOR. I ordered a GCMS notes twice, one in March and one in September which I just got today. The first GCMS notes I ordered was from IRCC, which contains information on my 2nd EE profile, and shows the current status of PR application, ITA and AOR as expected. The second GCMS notes I ordered was from CSBA, and to my surprise the one I received shows the first EE profile which was withdrawn and not the second one with a current PR application. Should this be a concern? and how can I get the latest information regarding my current EE profile?

The GCMS notes only matter after you submit your application upon getting an ITA.

Hi @legalfalcon @caipsnotes

Sorry for the long text

Our case is feb 2020 AOR, PNP outland VO- Sydney application . As per the CBSA notes requested recently, eligibility, criminality passed, medical passed - expired, information sharing-error and security not started. (It is same as in the first gcms I requested in February. No changes )

We are a family of 4. My wife is the primary applicant.
I was in Saudi when we file the application and came back to my country (India) on July 2020. We informed IRCC about my change of residence through updated Schedule A form and got an acknowledgment for the same. ( all this done through the representative ).

But in both notes (gcms and cbsa), the COR for me is still saudi. IRCC haven't updated it still.
Also my medical ( dependent ) is extended to April 2022. (Only mine, Not for others.) This extension happened April this year. ( our medical expired feb 2021)
Now my question
1. Whether I need to inform IRCC about my country change again? ( In the notes, they have mentioned about the updated Schedule A form). Or they will check again at the time of final review?
2. How do they issue a remedical request, including me or not?
3. If I want to inform them again about my COR, need to send a new Schedule A form? or simply remind them about the previous one through webform? ( I have the old schedule A form dated August 2020)

Thanks in advance

Can anybody tell me,
Eligibility: Passed,
Security: blank, but "s15.(1)" mark is present on page.

There are no 11.2 check in the notes but R10 with review required for PCC is present.

How can eligibility be passed and security started without 11.2 check?

Criminality, medical passed, info sharing complete.

Hi @legalfalcon,
I received my GCMS notes which indicated my eligibility “passed on Aug 6” and security “not started” on page 2.
I have inland dependents. Except for their name and address, my dependents’ information in this notes are withheld and hidden. However, their information is available in a last Notes. Is there a problem with that?

Learn about "Chinook" - Internal IRCC tool to speed processing of immigration applications

To make IRCC’s case-management software more “user friendly,” IRCC employees created Chinook to “extract” application information, such as gender, marital status, citizenship, age and purpose of visit, from GCMS into a spreadsheet, with multiple applications on a single report.
