Dear @legalfalcon Sir,

I had completed 6 months post AOR now going to apply for apply GCMS from getgcms.com .
Before proceeding I need your guidance on following things -

1) which package contains the detailed info of my file like whole set of supporting documents submitted during PNP and ITA stages?
As INR 1000 pack doesn't specifically mentions that this order will consist of whole set of above said document but INR 3000 package specifically mentions the same.

2) Which set of GCMS notes will be best suited in case from amongst IRCC or CBSA?

3) Whether it be ensured that consent form which I will be sharing with getgcms.com team after making the payment will be completed in all aspect?

Dear @legalfalcon and @caipsnotes
In my notes under INCOMING I have:

Item:Schedule 4
Status:Not started
Item for: PA

Although I never sent it to them. I have no idea why it is located under INCOMING.

I am PNP inland. Does that mean I will receive ADR for Schedule 4? Or not?
Thank you for your help!

For most applicants, they only need the processing details, which are in the GCMS notes.

If you also what the processing details, and a copy of your application, all supporting documents and correspondence sent to and from IRCC, only then you should go for GCMS+.

To chose between IRCC and CBSA, see https://bit.ly/3bIUgqb

After you place your order, you will get detailed instructions with the form. and if you have any questions, reach out to GET GCMS

My understanding is that all PNP applicants need to submit schedule 4 alongside their applications. I am a PNP applicant and I sure submitted that with my application. I think you should raise a webform and submit to cut the time it will take for them to request for it. @legalfalcon can provide some more insight on this.

@upon

Lately PNP applicants were asked to submit Schedule 4 when IRCC sent a request. However, lately this form has been incorporated in the application which is submitted online.

Only of IRCC asks you to submit Sch 4, then you have to, otherwise not.

Sch 4 is an undertaking to stay in the province of nomination. To read on PNP obligations, see https://bit.ly/3ve2zBW

Hi @legalfalcon @caipsnotes I received my GCMS notes a few weeks ago & I noticed that in page 2 under "Assessments" my criminality states "Not Started". But I also see that in the notes section, the notes by the program assistant states "R10 OK Recommendation: Pass Criminality".

Also in the admissibility (criminality) section, the following appears:

Criminality: 1
Created Date: (January 2021)
Created By: xxxx
Updated Date: (January 2021)
Updated By: xxxx
UCI: xxxx
Family Name: xxxx
Given Name: xxxx
Type: Criminality
Status: Not Started
Validity Date: (Blank)
Status Updated By: xxxx
Status Updated Date: (January 2021)
Assigned To: xxxx
Assigned By: xxxx
Due Date: (February 2021)
Activity: xxxx

For reference I ordered the notes in April 2021. Does this mean that the criminality is indeed recommended pass? No one has touched my file since early January 2021. Any advice is much appreciated!

Hi @legalfalcon
I'm a CEC outland, AOR 21 May 2020, just got my GCMS notes after 2 months of waiting...
Eligibility: passed
criminality: in progress
Security: not started
bio: Dec 2020

There is a note though made in Sept 2020, saying that "eligibility passed, criminality passed, no adverse info found. file approval pending biometrics and security decision"

I'm wondering if the note says criminality passed, why it hasn't changed on the second page of the notes?
Also, just want to know what's your take on this? I hope it's a good sign.

Thank you

Criminality is based on two factors after biometrics was approved. PCCs and the RCMP report based on biometrics.

Usually the criminality notes is set to passed with R10, based on PCCs an applicant submits.

Then the biometrics are run though RCMP and the report provided, and only after this will the criminality be passed. See https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...nitiatives/biometrics/process-steps-2018.html

Thank you for replying.

Do you think that this means good?
I'm just hoping that there's nothing wrong with my application

This is the normal process. There is nothing good or bad. If you have no criminal record, there is no need to be concerned.

Hello @legalfalcon

I have recvd my CBSA which I requested few weeks back. There are few updates compared to the last that I want to understand. Please help me to interpret.

Can I assume that my eligibility and other stages are fully cleared based upon the below table.

CBSA AssessmentEligibilitySecurityCriminalityMedicalInfo sharing
Current (31 May 21)PassedBLANKPassedNot startedComplete
Previous (11 Mar 21)PassedPassedPassedNot startedComplete

Furthermore, I have 2 new notes as below, pls advice on note 2:

Note1 (updated and created on 15 Apr 21): confirmation of my PCC updated in their records.

Note 2 (updated and created on 24 Mar 21): Reassessment has been granted and a new medical certificate with a validity of 12 months has been issued in GCMS. If the client has not landed before the expiry of the medical, a new IME will be required. Please pickup this IME again in order to update the medical validity on the application

Pls advice, if this is extended, why my medicals are showing as not started?? Also, I see that Note 2 is updated from NEW DEHLI, while NOTE 1 is from LONDON, like all other notes in the past since my file moved to LVO. Shall i assume that my file is moved to new dehli now?

What is your overall view of the above given details? I am good to be granted for the visa?

Thank you as always!!

Dear @legalfalcon

My ECA (From WES) is showing "Diploma (Two Years) and Bachelor's Degree (Three years). due tot that I have selected 2 or more option while filing my EE profile on 22 Sep 2020.

Recently I have order GEMS notes and found that case analyst has put status as review required (on 22 Feb 2021)under eligibility by stating following notes
"It appears PA's education PTS changed from ITA to APR therefore PA fell below the minimum score for the round A11.2: Review Required R87.1 : CEC minimum requirements - appears to Met Ready to Finalize RPRF : Complete.

Can you please advise what should I do? until now I have not received ADR request. Do you think that officer might reject or approve my case? Should I withdraw my application and reapply again as current CEC draw score is low.

Thanks for your advise.

In your ECA what is the Canadian equivalency?

I am not sure what your question is and which one you are referring to and 1 and 2.
