YEs, this means that your application is approved, i.e. all stages have been passed.

If you have been issued a COPR / PPR, it will be reflected in your GCMS notes as well a your MyCIC account.

I haven’t received a remedical request. No updates from them for close to 14 months now.

My application was recently approved (AOR: Sep 1, 2020, Approved: April 12, 2021). I've applied for GCMS notes on March 17, 2021 and received notes today.

I'm surprised to see that the case analyst who analysed my application used my old CRS score and old CRS cutoff of my initial invitation. I actually declined that and later received another invitation where my CRS score and cutoff CRS scores had changed! Do you think it's an error? I'm glad that my application was approved but at the same time I'm wondering how this error could happen!!

You can surely reach out to IRCC. However, if your application is approved, it does not matter since this is from IRCC look into and not your fault.

Under the application section, for Criminality. The Old Value was Passed and New Value is Not Started. Im not sure what to make of it.

Post 2018, criminality is based on PCCs and the biometrics fingerprints you submit. The PCC are verified early along with R10 and that is when you may see the value as passed, which will change to not started, and again to passed after your fingerprints are processed by RCMP and the results are transmitted to IRCC.

I am FSW Outland and my AOR is Nov16.11.2020 BIL Dec 22.2020. I ordered note on Jan 15 and March 23, however, the state is basically same:
info sharing and criminality(passed-bio) in progress
security and eligibility not started

from my notes the only progress is that my file was transferred to hongkong office on Jan.21.

in the end of the note, it is written “on dec 22....r10 ok,recommendation:criminality pass, for review: Clinent information”

the latest note I got only have two more notes related to my webform

If your status on GCMS is "security and eligibility not started" then it was too early that you requested the Gcms Notes

There is no point ordering another set of Gcms Notes so soon especially given the pandemic related delays. Instead just raise a web form
