I thought RROC means Rapid Response Operations Centre. Or is it the same thing?

And what is its function?

It is the same, they are now getting all operation centralised at Ottawa. RROC deals with refugee and existing EE.

@ legalfalcon thanks for your response

Eligibility remains " in progress" since transfer ( more than a year)

RROC REVIEW gave info only about security and criminality.. nothing about eligibility. Notes 2 says " recommend interview waiver( since June 20th 2019) .it was not touched till date after that.

What could be the possible reason for eligibility pending? I was not requested for ADR till date.

Most likely it is an administrative delay. What is the date of the most recent activity in your GCMS notes?

Hi @legalfalcon
I am CEC Inland
AOR- November 27,2019
I ordered GCMS Notes and got it.
On the 2nd page, it says:-
Eligibility- passed
Criminality- passed
Medical- passed
Info sharing- complete
Final - approved.

Is that mean my application is approved or not? But I did not get any update on my account.Or do I need to look for other pages for more information.
i also got a verification call from cic office.

If page 2 says approved, then your application is approved. Currently IRCC is not issuing any PPRs. Once they start doing it, you will get a message. Your account will remain as is until your COPR is issued.

Congratulations!

Hi @legalfalcon

Initially my file was in Ottawa where my Eligibility and others were passed before it was transferred to my local VO which is accra after adding my spouse. The transfer was on the basis on relationship review. My question is, will my eligibility be accessed all over again or they will continue from where ottawa stopped?.

Also, My GCMS says

Eligibility - Passed
Security - Blank (but i have s15.1 on the right top corner)
Criminality - In progress
Medicals - Passed.

The criminality was initially passed in ottawa, could this be because of my spouse inability to give BIL yet because of Covid???

Thanks.

Hello @legalfalcon just to rebound on your answer. I am in a similar situation and have been approved (got to know about it by calling and later on through GCMS notes) since January 16, 2020 (Inland - Aor: Feb 2019). Medicals had been extended a week prior (Jan - 2020).

It has been 18 months now and I still don't quite understand why other recent applications have received COPRs' but I am still struggling to get an answer. Do they send PPRs through batches for older applications? Is there any point in calling them to make sure my applications is not forgotten?

Thank you in advance for any information

When you add your spouse after your eligibility is passed, the eligibility is not reassessed and neither are your points. All IRCC will do is do a admissibility check on medicals, security, criminality for your spouse.
