Hi,

I have just ordered my GCMS notes, AOR was Nove 2019, to date no update at all even not medical passed. This is inland applications.

The question is, Is it possible that my PR application is processed but my CiC account is not updated with progress? i.e. GCMS notes might say Medical passed as they are usually passed within few days of submission of application,

Your MyCIC account will show the medicals passed or not. For other details such as R10, eligibility, criminality etc, the GCMS will reflect it more accurately.

Only if you are an inland applicant your security may start before the eligibility is marked passed. However, in most case an eligibility has to be marked as passed and only then the security initiates.

If your eligibility has not been marked passed, which is reflected from your GCMS and CBSA notes, it means that it has not been reviewed by an officer yet and is in the queue.
Thank you for reply. So all this time, it is possible that with everything right the file could just be sitting for an officer's review for these many months while many many other cases afterwards have been through?

hello, i wish some one could answer me
i received my GCSm note. eligibility , security and medical is assigned to the officer in the centralized intake office not the one at visa office and the duo date is 22/07/2020 does that mean i will never get any medical or eligibility assessment before that date? does any one has a clarification why not the visa officer who is assigned to process my application?
thank you

Hello, For the latest update on your application check the NOTES sub heading. It's at the end of the GCMS notes.

Is it accurate or true that when the application passed in eligibility stage, everything will be fine? What I mean is because in other stage like criminal, security, background stage, of course as long you know to yourself that you are a good,law-abiding citizen and not participating in any groups involving anti-government thing or committing human rights violation (which is impossible if you are just plain citizen), and in medical, if you confident that you are 100% healthy. Because in my opinion, eligibility is the most stage that it is not easy o comply. Any thoughts? thanks.

Hi @legalfalcon

I have one question: I am an Ontario PNP applicant and my PR application is Paper Based, AOR: 23rd JULY 2019.

am I eligible for Ordering GCMS notes?

Because I have heard somewhere that GCMS notes is only for EE applications.

Yours response would be appreciated please.

Thanks in advance for all your help.

Regards,

Vimal.

GCMS stands for Global Case Management System. It is the software on which all application with IRCC are file, processed and handled. Any person who has an application pending with IRCC or filed the application in last 20 years can request GCMS notes, that includes all applicants who have a paper based application.

Hello, @legalfalcon:
Thanks for your infor. they are very helpful.
I got a question for you, please guide me. APPRECIATE.
AOR ---- July, 2018.

Med request----May 2019

Paper transferred to LVO, Calgary.

1st ADR---- FEB 22, 5 ADR: Schedule A, IMM5562, Supplementary Information - Your Travels, Employment records (in Canada),
Additional Family Info IMM5406, RCMP Criminal Record Check

2nd ADR-----MAY 22 RPRF 490 dollars for my wife. (me and my wife got married after we submitted our applications separately) my wife and I all got
this from online service, although we all paid 1040 dollars.

Both of us are AINP paper based applicants, in land. My AINP is closed one, my wife's is open AINP.

From the latest GCMS notes, generated from Arpil 21, my eligibility and security shows "Not Started"
The latest agent's note shows ADR sent on March 22, 2020
The ONLINE CASE STATUS on GCMS notes said: we are reviewing whether you meet eligibility requirments
No section 15/16 on notes, only personal information got white out, which is my wife's.

Is this normal? Does it mean some thing? good or not good? already 24 months awaiting.

In addition, from sections of FEES, it shows PA (me) paid all 1040 dollars, and SPO (wife) doesn't pay any, although we all paid 1040 dollars. The second ADR requests to pay RPRF.

Thanks again
