Has anyone ordered and received ATIP notes for H&C case? I would greatlly appreciate any information - how helpful was it?

Has anyone used getgcms.com and can recommend it please?
Yes, I used it. But, remember that issuing of GCMS notes has nothing to do with your representative. These days it's taking 4 months+ to be released. If you can hold on that long, only then go for it.

I know that I can order the notes but I was just thinking if they are useful in H&C cases. I read here on the forum people saying that these cases are so unique and unpredictable that no point in even ordering the notes

I hear they will send in 30 days not 4+ months but maybe the information is not precise.

In any case just waiting for already 17 months without any clue of what going on with the file is also not an easy experience.

Am new in this forum because i applied in June 30 2019, requested for additional document in September 5 2019 and was given me 30 days to submitted additional document timeframe is october 5 2019 even no request for medical since then no update..........plz advise me on this...Thanks

What is the program under which you applied?

Ordered mine on September 3, 2019 and received on January 8, 2020. That's 4 months.

Yes, you are definitely in a completely different situation than our case but I am not sure if that explains the very long waiting time to receive the notes. We are in Canada and the official website says they will send within 30 days, so we will wait and see.
My concern is that these notes may not be very informative for the case like ours but as I said - no other option.

Good luck to you!

Yes, this should be considered, however since you sent it later, i.e. it was not filed along with your application, it will depend on the officer's discretion. But in most cases they do consider.

After you send any documents via CSE, it takes 3-5 weeks for them to be added to your application, processed, and reviewed.

So if you want to request GCMS notes, wait for at least a month after you send the documents.
@legalfalcon - I got my GCMS notes today after 120 days extension. I can see they received my notarised document for job duties and my wife's document. But there is no change in the remark which still reads review required as no job duties mentioned in the experience letters and was update in February 2019. There is no update post that.

That comment is from case processing agent or senior officer?
