Hi @legalfalcon,

AOR Sept 5th and still waiting for the golden email.
I just received the first set of GCMS notes which I requested on Feb 13th. Quite surprised to receive them on a Saturday.

So here is the thing - I have review required regarding my POF. I had two bank accounts at the time of submitting my application:
- Bank 1: $11,940
- Bank 2: $5,000

In my notes, the case analyst required review after only looking at the account I have with Bank 1. The required amount for me is $12,475 so the account in Bank 1 is not enough.

I just emailed my agent to make sure that the POF for my account with Bank 2 was uploaded when we submitted my application.

Assuming that is the case, what would you advise me to do?

Thanks!

@legalfalcon I have 9 days to go to reach the 6 months processing milestone and I am still in IP1 stage and eligibility being reviewed. Can my employer apply for a work permit for me. Or if my employer provides an offer letter from Canada will that speed up my application?

Looking forward to your valuable thoughts.

Thank you very much,
Vasanth

Legal falcon, did you receive PPR?

Most POFs will have RR because they may be in a different currency to the case analyst will mark them for review. Also, if you have documents that may be complicated, a RR will be there. As long a you meet the requirement, no need to worry. After the officer reviews the file and the documents, your eligibility will be set to passed.

Any suggestion or prediction please...

No speculation. Instead rely on your GCMS notes to see act stage you have reached and if you have passed eligibility.

Most application are processed within 6 months or less and the 6 month processing time starts when you pass R10, or the completeness check.

Didn't you receive PPR as I guess it's quite a long time for you?

CIC received my application on Jan 2018 and nothing (medical or PCC) has been requested is this normal?

I ordered my GCMS notes

@legalfalcon kindly help to explain the following info I found in my GCMS

Paper file location Registry
Cost recovery: outstanding
Medical passed-expired
Under medical is says Description: Excessive Demand Exempt applicant with no identified health condition
Eligibility not started
Criminality in progress
Schedule A Completed
What is meaning of cost recovery: outstanding
I am the primary applicant under Protected Refugee. I have included my family in the application and I filled all required forms for my spouse but I later understand that CIC will inform my spouse to submit forms after My DM
All of us are listed on notes 4 my name note 5 my spouse 6,7 and 8 my children

Will CIC transfer my dependents application to VO after mine is done and what is the reason for listing them on the notes

Hello legal falcon,
I got my AOR on 17 of December and I have passed the medical exam. Additional document has been provided 27 days ago.
And it’s we are processing your background check since.
Should I order GCMS or not?
If not then what is your take on how many more days it will take to get BG CHECK completed?
Thanks

How much have you paid as fees when you submitted your application?

The key question here is is your eligibility has passed.

If you just sent additional documents, wait for 2 weeks and then request GCMS notes and see where your application is at .

Did you apply under Express Entry or as a Refugee?

If I signed the form to release my information to designated rep, is that mean IRCC will remove my immigration consultant out of my application?

Hi everyone,

I am wondering if someone has the same problem as mine.

I have Review Requires since September 11th, 2018.
My AOR is on August 20th.
Also in the notes, I can see the analyst saying: 'Review Required because the company's name is not clearly mentioned in Letter of Explanation'
(That's weird cause I sent them t4, pay stubs, letter of employment etc)

In the same pages with notes, I also have 16(c).

Is review required always associated with 16(c)?
Does 16(c) mean Security Screening or just an investigation?

It's been almost 8 months for me, CEC inland.

Thank you for your input.
Cheers,
Mario
