I have requested an ATIP for immigration screening files and Entry/Exit records from CBSA from here :
https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do?lang=en I paid $5 each for CIC & CBSA = $10.

Why did they also send me a single CD containing only information of CIC notes, I have already received in the past?

When you request CBSA, you have to use a specific language and not just ask for notes. Because if you did, you will receive the GCMS notes.

I didn't ask CBSA for CIC notes. I asked CIC directly, why is CBSA replying to me? for both request? nothing extra from CIC

Also this is the second ATIP notes I requested from CIC, the second one I received today totally redacted the SECURITY CLEARANCE page: BLANK nothing. not even s.15(1) anymore.

Everything came in a single CD with S.21 & 22(1)b. Disclosed in part notice. Every page shows GCMS on top of it.

This is because you applied under the Privacy Act and not the Access to Information Act. S21/22 is the same as s15/16 of the Access to Information Act and if you applied under the Privacy act, you do not have to ay any money.

This is so confusing.

Why does CBSA have access to my CIC ATIP notes? I have requested information from two different departments, only one responded (CBSA) with all my old CIC notes.

Also what does RSC Hearing/0419 means? it appeared under NOTES section of CIC notes.

Hi @legalfalcon i have received gcms notes and i have a question. In my notes i realized that in A11.2 at CIO note the CRS points were assessed 953 instead of 978 at ita meaning 25 points less. Then reading further it seems they only counted my last position in the company which is 1.5 years old and ignored the previous 10 years. I worked in the company for 11 years uninterrupted assuming 4 positions same NOC and I submitted same reference letter describing each position in the 4 placeholders. Seems weird that the initial Eligibility assessment ignored the previous positions. Is that something normal?

It was interesting to see the movement in the notes.

All was almost done by cio and ottawa with eligibility criminality medical.and r10 completeness check passed.beofre transferring to.pretoria lvo almost 7 weeks ago.

Still.file is in queue for review.

Pretoria is so.lazy for pnp

I am thinking to apply for GCMS Notes, but I have representative in my files, can I apply GCMS notes as sponsor for spouse .

it would not impact to my file? or do my representative have to apply for GCMS Notes,

You you can apply, your representative has no role in the process.

CSIS accepts fax and through ATIP website. However. CBSA only accepts though the ATIP website.
