In need of an opinion. @MoeD

My GCMS notes of 187 pages among other things states the following:

Assessments:
Eligibility: Passed
Security:
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed
Org crime:
Medical: passed
Misrepresentation:
Info sharing: Complete
Other reqs:
Final: Approved

The latest notes section dated April 25th 2018 states:
...Files appears ready for issuance. Please request passports x4.

Some questions that come to mind:

1. Does this mean my application was approved for PPR?
2. Security field is empty instead of Passed. (is this stage over?)
3. There is a recommendation (actually a note from VO) that Passport Request should be triggered (this is back more than one month ago, yet no PPR). Is there such a long lead time for PPR?

Has anyone had a similar experience?

Tried to reach them via phone but couldn't get through. Sent an email but have no hope for an answer. How about you?

I did the same. Flicked an email to my Visa office. Lets see if i get lucky, they might reply.

They’re redacting more and more when it comes to security, which might explain why you can’t see it. I think your application has been approved and is just waiting the final review by a senior agent. This step can take anything between a few days and a couple of months depending on the worklod of the VO. You should be receiving PPR any time now

Many Security and Criminilaty items are blank such as create date,update date,....

They remove most things related to security in GCMS. However, they usually show criminality progress and eligibility. Read them well, I’m sure you’ll find some useful info on the status of your application so far.

Your final review was dibe on april 25th with officer explicitly aSking for ppr to be sent. The fact that you havent received that ppr uptill now is negligence. Call ircc asap

Mostly related to criminal antecedents, and immigration fraud.

Have tried unsuccessfully to call them. I settled for an email to CPC-Ottawa. I can see that the officer at the Rome visa office has done its due diligence and pushed the case forward but somewhere for some reasons it got stuck.

Will try again to call them.

Remember that your case is APPROVED. So call cic canada no and ask the phone rep to escalate your issue

Is the ppr e-mail sent by vo or by some other agency back in Canada.

Will it help to write to my VO?
