I meant “Security”. I don’t know if I am in SS or not since I didn’t find any wording for “Security Screening” from my two GCMS notes. I only have two Security activities, one for me and my spouse. Neither those blank pages, redacted notes nor s(15).
I also emailed SGVO today at 13:00. I will update once I receive a reply.
I'm in the same situation, having only two Security activities, one for me, the other for my spouse. Neither those blank pages, redacted notes nor s(15).I already did, to CIC last night and SGVO this morning before the email.
I got same reply. Ip2 since dec 4. Expected date is 30th march now. This is SGVO reply:

You mean Due Date in the GCMS notes?I got same reply. Ip2 since dec 4. Expected date is 30th march now.
Most probably our applications are in SS by CBSA/CSIS, and SGVO is just waiting their conclusion... I dont know how long can take the SS?I got same reply. Ip2 since dec 4. Expected date is 30th march now.
Sorry, yes its due date. I have ordered cbsa notes hope to get it by 20th march of they dont ask for extension. We are 4 from sgvo having similar caseYou mean Due Date in the GCMS notes?
How to be sure if we r in ss? Notes dnt have any ss wordings but do have s15.1 and redacted activities 4 in total. Most probably our applications are in SS by CBSA/CSIS, and SGVO is just waiting their conclusion... I dont know how long can take the SS?
As far as I know, if you have the wording s15.1 and blank pages in GCMS notes, then you are in SS.How to be sure if we r in ss? Notes dnt have any ss wordings but do have s15.1 and redacted activities 4 in total.
How and when did you order CBSA notes? is it from getgcms.com?Sorry, yes its due date. I have ordered cbsa notes hope to get it by 20th march of they dont ask for extension. We are 4 from sgvo having similar case
Getgcms. Mid feb.As far as I know, if you have the wording s15.1 and blank pages in GCMS notes, then you are in SS... they never write "Security Screening" wording in GCMS notes...
But legalfalcon mentioned if its not ss in gcms notes then we rnt. However to confirm i have ordered cbsa notes from getgcms. Lets see. Do u have long travel history and more than one number of pccs?
How and when did you order CBSA notes? is it from getgcms.com?
Its a small error. Raise a CSE and inform IRCCHi @legalfalcon,
I got my second GCMS generated on 01-Feb. There is really nothing new from the old one as Security is still Not Started.
My concern is, under Client Details, PA’s travel document information, i.e. Passport number, expiry date and country of issue, was updated with my spouse’s passport details. Should I raise CSE about it?
Thanks.
All EE application, even when filed electronically have a short paper file at the LVO. This is normalHi @legalfalcon
I've received my second GCMS notes from getgcms.com on 13 February. I noticed that my application has a paper file (see image below) at my Local Visa Office (Singapore) even though I applied through EE (not paper-based). Is it normal for everyone? or its only for selected applications?
I am currently at security screening stage as I have two blank pages in my GCMS notes having s.15(1) in the top right corner.
Here is my application timeline (PNP-Outland):
AOR: 12 September 2017
IP1: 6 October 2017
Medical Pass: 15 December 2017
NA2: Not seen
IP2: 18 December 2017 (and stuck at IP2 since then)
Other requests refers to requests to other agencies such as CBSA / CSIS / RCMP or a foreign government.Dear @legalfalcon ,
I just got my GCMS notes. There are two parts that I couldn't make sense of. I'm hoping you could share some insights.
Under ASSESSMENTS, there's an entry "Other Reqs: Not Started". Is Other Reqs referring to the additional documents I submitted or something else?
Under Security activities, there are only two entries, one for me, the other for my spouse. Is this normal? It seems most people on this forum have multiple entries under Security activities.
Thank you!
I believe I answered your question on another thread.Hello,
Does medical passed also means that R10 completeness check has also passed?
Having s15/16 DOES NOT mean SS. All GCMC notes have S15/16 and it pertains to security, and not necessarily SS.As far as I know, if you have the wording s15.1 and blank pages in GCMS notes, then you are in SS.
How and when did you order CBSA notes? is it from getgcms.com?
Thank you! Does this mean my Security check hasn't started yet?Other requests refers to requests to other agencies such as CBSA / CSIS / RCMP or a foreign government.
If you order another set later, you will see more entries. Usually all application who do not go into SS have 4-6 security activities.
