Got GCMS notes today, Two things i have observed.
Firstly this time my whole file scanned pages were not there
Secondly, there is the updation in date under secondary office.
No idea what it is, File is still showing Ready for PS. Security not started rest all cleared.

Hi. PRBIO seems to be a fairly new item in the Gcms Notes. Seen it appear in the file even at the Eligibility Review stage (recommended pass only when it appeared) and doesn't seem necessarily correlated to biometric exemption. Seen PRBIO in files and biometrics were still required. As for the due date, some things in the file can be almost irrelevant. Due date even when they are mention don't matter much. The key is the Assessment section on page 2 and if things are progressing well then that's really the important takeaway from the file. All the best.

You mean when it's recommended pass we will have (PRBIO) in our GCMS notes?

Your eligibility is yet to start. The note you see is the R10 or the completeness check note.

If there are any other notes after this one, that will be the eligibility notes where your cRS and employment details will have been discussed.

This note is where your eligibility is discussed. After this, the review is done by an officer and the eligibility is marked as passed

On my GCMS notes first page on the top right it states Eligibility: Passed. Is this where the officer signs off?

The passed on page 2 is the assessment based on the notes entered. It is the notes that matter and who entered them.

My application status was Ready to Finalize as of 12/05/2020. Got married on 18/01/2021. Now spouse adding is under review.

The GCMS note (received today) says - "for review of spouse added after lock-in" - What does it mean?

At this stage, when can I expect Approval?

At this stage, when can I expect Approval?

It simply means that adding your spouse will not change your CRS score and eligibility will not be impacted. Your spouse will only be subject to medicals, criminality and security.
