Also, I intend to raise CSE and attach a 6-month bank statement showing there has been no withdrawal from the account, another LOE, 6 months fixed deposit certificate (As the deposit is renewed every 30days), letter of non-indebtedness and a bank reference. I was also thinking of getting a letter from my father in law who gave us the gift to reaffirm. Do you think this is too much? I await your kind response.
Bank letters should be more than enough. Feel free to include the gift letter if thats not much of effort. Past refusals shouldn't be a problem. They have every info at their disposal and can cross verify irrespective of whether you were able to explicitly mention the details.

I'm super confused..... I sent a letter from HR and a letter from the manager with my application. My manager describes my work duties and responsibilities in the letter... How bad is this? Love to hear your thoughts @legalfalcon.

In summary, the analyst notes: "Applicant submitted documents on file and do not demonstrate s/he has performed duties consistent with the lead statement and main duties as set out in declared primary noc category for more than one year within qualifying period."

I've been working since September 2018, full-time in the same job.

What I understood from notes is the reference letter got from your manager and the job code under which you are applying doesn't seems to match. Try to get a letter that matches your NOC code..

Hello,
I am FSW-Inland applicant. I received my AOR on January 18, 2020 and my estimated completion date: July 18 2020 (99%). My eligibility is: Review required and I don't know why! I ordered GCMS notes and I got the following:

First note:

Second note:

Could you please help me understand why my eligibility is under review?

Thanks for your time and consideration.

Regards
Ramy

Hi @legalfalcon i received GCMS notes today and can you please explain to me the problems i have on the file with respect to eligibility for NOC codes. Thank you in advance for your valuable time. One officer says NOC broadly falls within what i have mentioned (most recent note) and in one of the earlier notes it says review required on NOC code.

GCMS notes

I have attached the most recent 3 notes from the entire file.

Hi @legalfalcon any insights would be highly appreciated. Because recommend interview for eligibility is something I haven't heard of. Thank you again for your valuable time.

Hi, wouldn't recommend posting your GCMS file in a public forum without first redacting any sensitive information from it, it can lead to misuse. See how https://gcmsnotes.com/your-gcms-notes-contains-sensitive-information-keep-it-secure/ and https://help.gcmsnotes.com/got-gcms-next

Hi. I understand. But unfortunately I am at a loss. I am stuck up elsewhere without my own computer and all I have is my phone and I do not know how to blur out sensitive information using that. I will try to do it and upload new blurred one soon an take off my original link. I apologize and thank you for your valuable input.

Thank you.
In your assessment on page 2, you have recommend interview. Most applicants who receive a call for an interview is because they are randomly picked up for a quality assurance, or if the officer wants to verify the information.

On page 139, you have a detailed note from the officer who has carriage of your file. As regards NOC 2171, the office has concluded that your JD match based on his search. However, the rest of the note is redacted under section 16. (see https://www.getgcms.com/blog/s15-s16-top-right-gcms-denote/). Whenever an applicant is called for an interview, the reason for the interview is not disclosed and is always redacted.

Most interviews are very general in nature, where an officer will ask you a few questions about your job or marital status.

At this stage, there is nothing more for you to do as of now. Just be patient. When IRCC starts calling applicants for an interview or decide to do it over phone, they will contact you.

Thank you so much. I can see all other things passed in it except for NOC codes which I was worried about even though the officer has acknowledged it broadly falls into the code I have selected. Thank you for your reassuring positive input. I will wait for further updates from IRCC.
