somewhere i read there will be unlimited visas for phds...again somewhere its mentioned its capped at 500? which one is true? if unlimited then we may see a stream of phds from canada next year on

Like many people out there i am also confused about that how exress entry 2015 will affect any PNP process or applicants ? How it will affect applicants with arranged job offer?
