Just a quick question: You mentioned, Completed missing application form on 26th Sept. What was this about? And were you contacted by the London VO about it?

I submitted my visa application on the 21st of Sept. My classes also start in January. I'm getting worried now since there's no news about my visa yet...

Yes I actually missed the 'schedule 1 application for study permit' form which was later notified to me by email and they also mentioned my file number to show on the envelop which I have to send CHC London.

The processing time is 9 weeks which are around 63 days and you have already crossed that time limit.so i suggest you to send an email to chc london and ask about the status of your application.Don't forget to mention your Full name, date of birth,date you applied etc.Thanks

I emailed CHC London to inquire about the status of my application and they replied saying that my file is undergoing background checks.
Do you have any idea about background checks? Did you email CHC London to inquire about the status of your application?

If your previous medium of instruction or education was in English or you studied in an English speaking country then most of the universities do exempt your IELTS.But it is highly advisable.
Every uni appreciate foreign students you cant say which one more and which one less there is no particular criteria.Thanks
