Also only 100 were drawn and only specific NOCs which they have not published. Go to the the threads on AINP for more information. There are people there with scores in the 400s, living and working in Alberta who were not invited. The link gives you an idea of the few exempted NOCs.

It may be because your NOC wasn’t selected. Alberta doesn’t list what NOCs they select for their draws.
