Question:
Do I need to submit original ECA (WES). Or Can I only just submit the electronic PDF. I haven't received the original copy yet.

Should Alberta reach its intended nominations for this year, what happens to those who have just received their NOIs and those who are awaiting their file numbers?

This was my concern also. The information on their website implies that they've almost reached their intended number for the year.
I'm hoping they'll role rollover what's left to next year.
