One thing more....which copy of IETLS you are referring to? As I don't have original Test report form sent by IELTS by post. so what I should be doing in this case?

By copy I mean to say is photostate of original.
But when did you appear for Ielts test ?
I have a sister who is living in india she has done her gnm and B.sc nursing and working as nurse. Her crs scores are around 350. As i am already living in alberta from 2 and half years and very near getting to my permanent residency. Does this make her eligible for alberta express entry streeam and she is in india so can she apply for it.
Definitely as the minimum requirement for Alberta express entry is crs 300
Also she should have an active express entry profile, that doesn’t expire in coming three months.
Most importantly she need to have notification of interest at the beginning by the government itself.
The government is sending the noi to eligible candidates.
You need to locate her noc code first and see if it comes under regulated jobs or occupations by Alberta

She just needs to create an Express entry profile. Then wait for Alberta nomintation. Her NOC might be in demand in AB.

Would this effect getting a NOI from Alberta? How they chase? I mean based on which NOC?

3012 is regulated occupation in Alberta.
Make and express entry profile and wait wait notification of interest
Does it have to do anything with her express entry or does it matter after if she gets here and want to do job of that noc

Hi guys is there a link to know which NOC`s are eligible now to get a NOI for alberta??? or will it be available on alberta.ca site? My sister-in-law was wanting to apply. She is a lecturar. I found out if someone with strong ties to alberta have profile in EE they can get NOI. Her score is around 400 I guess. Does she have any chances as she has strong ties because of my wife/her sister. I would really like to know if her NOC is also required here in alberta or not? Thank you in advance
