mean my application gone automatically for BCPNP? Just need to confirm please if you can. Thanks again

Just wondered because on the draw sheet, Alberta posted NOCs where they are are receiving many applications so processing is longer. The NOC is 21231. NOI is not guaranteed and Alberta may almost be at their limit for quotas for the year.

thanks, I was also wondering if they have reached quota or likewise. do you think it will be again open in Jan 2024 ? They used to send NOI in less than 24-hours. Not any more ?

The Canadian government allots the quotas by province but quota is expected to be around 10k. As for priority areas, that is for Alberta government to announce outlining how many NOIs will be issued for each pathway.

My NOC is 20012 (Computer and information systems managers) but my firm's NAICS code is 5416 (Not under eligible NAICS code list). How can I overcome this situation and apply for Accelerated Tech Pathway. Please help.

Find another job offer with correct NAICS or ask company to change their corporate identity to change their NAICS code. This would involve changing their line of business, and changing their accounting practices with CRA. Doubt company will do that. Believe code can only be changed every 5 years and they will need their lawyers/HR involved.

Find a new employer who is eligible.

Hello, I can have a valid offer from an Alberta small IT employer who can give offer letter in code 2174 IT Programmer. The employer is a small IT Software Consultancy and a valid XYZ Inc for the last 5-6 years in NAICS 5415. Do they have to apply/register for Alberta Tech Pathway program or need to register somewhere ?
So far as it’s a legit company and falls under eligible NAICS, you need to fill out this form for AAIP to send you NOI.

Hi All,

Has anyone submitted the AAIP Tech pathway eligibility form in Jan and have received the a response?

Its been more than 24 hrs without any response. Wondering if there are others in the same situation.

I have read from online that they usually send an email within 24hrs.

Thanks!

AAIP has updated that the allocation hasn't been confirmed yet.

"AAIP's 2024 allocation has not yet been confirmed."
