alberta accelerated tech pathway job offer?

Hello everyone,

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on a matter that's currently on my mind. I'm presently employed in Ontario, but my employer also maintains an office in Alberta. If I were to approach my employer with a request to relocate to Alberta and update my job offer letter accordingly, would I become eligible to apply for the Accelerated Tech Pathway?

If you move to Alberta under the new job offer and apply then, I don't see why not. I think applying while you are still working in Ontario is likely not a good idea.

Does the new job offer letter should contain Alberta office address on the top of the letter head or head office address because I’m also in the Same boat

I am in the same boat. I can get a transfer to Alberta from Ontario under the same company. With all the new changes that have happened recently in Job Offer requirements for Tech Pathway, will I be eligible to apply for PR from Alberta?
