AKTU(UPTU Lucknow) WES second verification

Hi All, Did anyone recently complete AKTU(UPTU Lucknow) WES second verification? I'm in a situation where WES sent second verification to AKTU. I'm trying to contact university (including all registrar/controller of examination) but no response so far.
Pls let me know if someone has done this and the way to connect the university.

Did UPTU respond to WES ? I also come to the same situation today. Could you please assist me how to get the 2nd verification done from UPTU?
