I got my refusal letter which was issued on Oct 2. However, I have already started online learning. Now I am going to reapply but I don't know If I could continue learning and if I could reapply study permit for this Fall 2020. Can anyone give me a suggestion or an advice?

oh no, I am so sorry to hear this... I dont have any answer for this, since they say the time studying outside online now counts towards pgwp as long as you complete >50% inside Canada, theoretically, if you reapply now, it doesn't affect the length of your study permit right?

Well, I applied on 20th March and medical passed on 3rd June. No update after that!!!

well, so sad to hear that, and yet they have enough free time to send 2 AIPs to my friend... dont know what's going on...

At least I think you are right, but I don't know how IRCC thinks. However I don't worry about the pgwp, I concern that if I can reapply for a September permit on October or November. I know it is a new situation so I post and wish someone can help me
