AIPs for Winter intake and YET NO AIPs for outstanding Fall intake applications?
Winter applications got their AIPs while a number of people who already study online for Fall sem still waiting for their AIPs? It is frustrating!

Maybe because the Fall Intake applicants who didn't get an AIP are not eligible for one. No?

It must be frustrating for sure and the process is crazy unorganized but if you are wondering specifically why did that happen, I think mostly because a lot of Fall applicants submitted paper applications before COVID-19 and the logistics is main reason behind the delay in process. Whereas most if not all of winter 2021 are online based applicants.

Given it's not necessary to have a study permit to commence studies online from Canada and many with study permits approved then archived but not officially approved receive first stage approval after their archived approvals, it's really not relevant if you have first stage approval or not. Gcms notes are far more useful to show the facts.

Having the AIPs provides some sort of certainty, still much better than nothing. I agree with you about the note, already ordered it!

yeah it might be a reason but most SDS applications submitted online I think, I apply online with a full application

I got my refusal letter which was issued on Oct 2. However, I have already started online learning. Now I am going to reapply but I don't know If I could continue learning and if I could reapply study permit for this Fall 2020. Can anyone give me a suggestion or an advice?
