AIP quota for this year is really small.

When did your designated employer fill out the offer of employment? Expect 3 to 9 months. Given the small number of spots for AIP for NS (maybe around 500) then expect it to be competitive and selective with NOCs in demand.

So is employer designated or not? It may reach quota or only be for specific NOCs (healthcare, trades). You will have more difficulty being in a restaurant which is TEER 4 or 5.

It is designated yes. My position as an executive assistant falls into noc 0.

ESCS database. No way it is a 0 NOC unless you are in charge of the whole restaurant, and manage and do all the hiring. Why does a restaurant need an EA?

It’s not a fast food restaurant, it’s food and beverages plus casino games and pool poker etc.

But an EA is not NOC 0 unless you are management.
