AIPP - Visit Canada during PR Outland application

Hey,
I haven’t found to much about this so maybe someone can help.
Is it possible to apply for the PR from
my home country and after a little while visit Canada and wait there until the process is done?
Does changing the address to the air bnb or the place I stay at while being there for a visit work ?
Medicals can be done upfront , but is it possible to give biometrics and sending the passport as a visitor or does this has to be done in my home country ?

You can't do biometrics in Canada.

Ok thx. So the only way would be to visit the us and give biometrics there or better stay in my home country and wait till I hopefully get my copr I guess?
