Finally, Congrats! I am helpful to receive the second stage approval by September 15th. Only because I am applying from US and NY vac is open. They stamped my child’s passport. So... why not do the same with student in the US?

Are you talking about the US?
I am from Israel. My application was completed and submitted online on 24 May. VAC and everything else is open and working regardless of corona. I did not receive a full approval.

How many days did it take for your child to get the passport stamped. I mean from you sending out via courier to receiving the passport back?

They received at Vac last Thursday and today I got it back in my hands so about 2 business days
