Do you mean you have already filed an application or just a candidate in a pool? What you experienced it’s typically called ghost update- some believe your file was touched by an officer. It could also just mean they updated new info you provided.

Hi everyone

I got mail from case officer that my employer not responding to the mail.
I asked my employer to respond but they said they have not received any mails.
Its not in spam either.
What should i do?
Any help
