Hi All. I sent application on 9th Apr 2009. Today I get email from AINP and they required two things from me.
1 :Confirmation of Current Employment: ( I understand that )
2:Candidate's Application for Permanent Residence: ( I dont know whats that, detailed message is as follows)
The items mentioned below were either missing from the submission, or require(s) more information or clarification. Please read these sections carefully, and refer back to our website: www.albertacanada.com.ainp, for more detail(s) needed to help prepare a complete application.
1 Confirmation of Current Employment:

* A copy of any document(s) from current U.S. employer demonstrating current job title, the main duties of the job, and the education and work experience necessary to do the job. The document(s) must be one or more of the following: job offer letter(s), employment contract(s), reference letter(s), and/or requests/petitions to USCIS for your U.S. visa. The document(s) must be on company letterhead.

We may already have a copy of the offer letter and work reference letters; however, we require a document which lists the current job title and the main duties (a brief but detailed job description). We find the petition letter the employer used to supplement the H1B application, provides us with the most detailed description of the job and qualifications – you can email us a scanned copy of the USCIS petition letter job description which the US employer used to supplement the H1B application
2Candidate's Application for Permanent Residence:

* Copy of the completed set of forms for the Application for Permanent Residence in Canada : Be sure to include signatures

· IMM 0008 Generic: Candidate

· IMM 0008 Schedule 1: Candidate, Spouse/Common-law partner, Dependents (over 18)

· IMM 0008 Schedule 4: Candidate

· IMM 5406: Candidate, Spouse/Common-law partner, Dependent (over 18)

· IMM 5476 (If Applicable): Candidate, Spouse/Common-Law Partner, Dependents (over 18) – ONLY IF USING A REPRESENTATIVE
Anybody can explain about the second Item. Are they asking for ( IMM 0008 , IMM 5406 , IMM 5476 ) forms.
I didn't get any file number yet. why they are asking for those forms at this stage.

Thanks for your help.

You have to submit a photocopy of the forms mentioned in the list. Did you submit them with the AINP application? Originals will be submitted later to CIC with your nomination letter.

NO I didn't sent CIC Forms with AINP application. Do I need to attach pictures in CIC photocopies. I mean I need to send photocopies of CIC forms including pictures or without pictures. Also I can send CIC forms by email or courier.

Thanks.

No photos are required when sending copies to AINP. First send by email, followed by courier. Mention in the email that you are also mailed the hardcopies.

Thanks for your help. I have another very important question. When I applied for AINP then I had only one kid now I have a newborn, who born in US. Do I need to include him in CIC forms for immigration. I need to notify AINP about that and how. whats the process Please guide me. Or I don't need to include him because he can go to Canada easily.

I didn't sent CIC forms with AINP application. Is it required at that time ( I did mistake ?) or its always required by AINP before assigning file number.

Thanks.

Copy of CIC forms were always a rqt. How did you submit the original application without referring to proper website or instructions. Where did you get AINP forms from ?

Please see this link for more information.

Your son has to be included in your family details in all forms.

There was a similar case in this forum. I do not remember the outcome. Please do your own search.

Here is my suggestion:

AINP are very good in responding to additional docs and updating information once they receive them. So send them the CIC forms and also send pg:3 of AINP form - the one which has additional family member details. Also mention the addition of new member to your family and the change in family member details and ask them to update your info.

Scan and email all the forms with the above details. Also send them by mail or courier. Since you do not have a file number mention your First Name, Last Name and DOB in all your communications. Make sure you have the tracking facility for the mail or courier.

Hope this helps.

You have to send photcopies of the CIC forms too. Pls chk the checklist in the 2 or 3rd page of AINP application before sending the package. Update your family details and send the forms again. It should not be a problem.
