I received and did what they were telling. I mean get he fingerprints and send them to Ottawa. They will send the report directly to Buffalo.

Hi Guys,

Yesterday I was filling up some forms and while checking some information , I found that I put my brother Date of Birth **/**/1978 instead of **/**/1971 by mistake in the original application form (IMM 5406) sent Buffalo.

What should I do now? Should I send them the letter with a new form to correct the error? Is it something serious. I am bit worried.

noo Sorry i do remember me posting on July 2010 submission forum. but it was a huge mistake between June and July sorry ...

my File was in buffalo on June 28... but i posted it on June 15 for some reason it got delayed in geting there..ohh well all that matters is i got my MEd REQ. i hope every one who is waiting gets it too..

for Extra info my file was posted by Buffalo on Nov 29 but i just rec'd it yesterday...

I have a question. I submitted my application to CIC in last week of sep 2010. and my cashier's check was cashed by CIC last week. It was Bank of America's cashier's check. Will I be able to find my file number from the cashed check? if so could you please let me know how to do that?

Can I ask, when they started processing your file? You can see that online. I am just trying to see how much more time mine will take.

May be you processing started before me and they despatched it on Nov 29. My processing started on 23rd Nov.

Go to the bank branch where you purchased the check. and tell them that you need a copy of the check has been cashed. if they say they can't ,talk to the manager. only the manager has the access to this information

Hey Guys,

Finally got my AOR and Medical Request today. It reached my attorney and hope to receive it by early next week from them.

Thanks to all of you for moral support and boost.

I wish everyone, who is waiting, gets the AOR/Medical/PPRs.
