AINP-Family stream -Requirements Ambiguity

Hi All,
I am a software engineer by profession and applying for AINP Family stream.I have 4 year Bachelor's Degree and 2 months of experience but I found ambiguity in the requirement i.e
As a Candidate, can you OR your Spouse/Common-law partner demonstrate completion of a post-secondary education or training program that is a minimum of two (2) years in duration and receipt of a degree or diploma AND demonstrate one of the following?

a minimum of three (3) years of full-time work experience that is related to the individual's post-secondary credential within the past four (4) years
a minimum of three (3) years of full-time post-secondary school within the past four (4) years
a combination of three (3) years of full-time work experience and full-time post-secondary school within the past four (4) years. Your education and work experience must be related (i.e. an Engineering degree and working as an Engineer).

now can I apply now because (I have taken IELTS and got a good band and I have 6 + 2 months of experience both as a sw engineer )or apply later when my experience is around 1 year?....Waiting for a reply thankyou

i believe you will fall into 2nd clause i.e.

a minimum of three (3) years of full-time post-secondary school within the past four (4) years

better that you mail the ainp people at family.stream@gov.ab.ca and ask for clarification...
