As you are from IT background may be u can help me. I am working in SAP as Plant maintenance Consultant. I have tried to find NOC number for SAP but cant fine one. I just want to make sure that Is SAP under "0213: Computer and Information Systems Managers" or not. And one other thing if i have two types of experience one is in the list and the other is not in the list then the total experience on which point will be given will be sum of both or points will only be only given for experience which is in the list.

The AINP does not take NOC code in your account and neither the CIC proceed with you case on the basis of points. That is for FSW applicant who had to be in 38 occupation list.

AINP just require that you experience and the education should correspond to each other.

I was asking about it because AINP is now taking 48 months for processing and then its CIC with almost 12 months of processing time. Total time will be 60 months. So i was think if i can put up my application on FSW if i am eligible because FSW takes about 12 months but current average time is 24 months which is still less then 60 months.

you may go through the below link and see if your job responsibilities covers these areas. as you may need to get experience letter from the company which JD should relate to the below.

as far as i know, you need to have 1 year experience in the NOC list and the points you can will dependent on the number of year experience. but for eligibility you SHOULD have 1 year experience in NOC list.

you may also need to apply to CIO NS for their initial approval before you apply to CIC London. Would suggest that you download the guide from here and read it thoroughly..

I would suggest Every Detail. just write at the top of the form that you are updating it for addition in family and mention the date of updation.

this way they will jsut replace the page in your file.

please also include a cover letter in wihch you mention document list. I am copying the letter which i sent (passport was sent later). but you can add passport now.

I submitted my application last March 2009 and haven't heard from AINP until January 7, 2010 when they sent a letter to my sponsor on the receipt of my application. That's the only time that I got to know my file number. They asked for additional documents from me and my husband (IELTS) and requested for an update, which I was already about to do because I gave birth last Dec. 2009 and I need to add my new baby as additional dependent who would accompany me.

I submitted the IELTS results, plus the pages that needs to be updated by reason of the additional documents last March 2010. Reading here, I realized that we failed to submit the updated Sponsorship Affidavit of Support (to include my youngest son) to be filled-up by my sponsor.

Would this matter? I haven't heard from AINP since then.

hi there... it is better that you update the relevant page in affidavit of support so that your file is complete. your sponsor can directly send it from Canada.
