AINP employer driven - international graduate stream

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding AINP application. Anyone applied under the employer driven-int graduate stream? Can you give me some advices about the reference letters from previous employers?

If I can't get the reference letter from previous employers, can I just not submit? Will my application be declined for this? What if I submit my application now and send in the reference letter later on when I get the file number?

at least get a employment confirmation letter if you cannot get the reference letter.
otherwise write the reason why you cant have the reference letter when you apply AINP.
