somone told me that if my file is in ottawa it means to say my file is in process but my ecas is not showing.

I am sure your PPR is not far.
there are not many January 2014 applicant left now.

Contrats..and what is the expiry date of your immigrant visa/ is it valid till your medical

Not sure mate. Where do you originate from? That may explain things.

Congrats, not long now before you get yr ppr email request. usually it take anytime between 2 days to 2 weeks to get PPR.
pls could you share when did u got IP? thanks

Under review is same as IP. once all the checks are complete then they will change your status to DM.
