My application is finished. Jan 16/14 file rec'd Oct 2 IP Jan 16/15 DM/mailed out passports Feb 6/15 passport rec'd we are going for landing within two weeks.

got an email an hour earlier requesting the passport.

Are you sure they are off for holidays? I am thinking maybe they are trying to put current applications on the new system, is this possible? So they are getting trained for the new system and not processing any application.

I got IP on Oct 2. It seems like it takes more than one month to get DM.

IMO, the medical received date determines the processing date than the application received date. So if your application was received in February but the ME wasn't done until June, you would have to wait longer than others whose MEs were done in Mar or Apr. Any thoughts, guys?

If CIC requests additional docs, will that show on ECAS like ``Documents Required``?

I asked same question to my agent. She said that it was okay for my wife to change the job as the application is on my employment. I am not sure if the requirements for AINP are the same as BC. I don't think my wife submitted any more employment information/proof other than payrolls.

Maybe we should have a meetup to comfort each other. lol

Why don't you call CIC Canada first to see if the request is legitimate? They must share same information in the system. You can't rule out the possibility that it be a spam.

Can't believe there are so many Dec applicants who haven't got IP yet, even though many Jan applicants have been processed. I am January applicant and still waiting for IP...

Chill out. Netblizz's mistake won't affect you at all. One day difference doesn't matter. He was generous to provide his timeline which he didn't have to. Let's move on and post things beneficial to everyone in this forum.
