I need help answering this bolded question on AINP 009B: Strategic Recruitment Stream - Trades, Engineering Occupations and Post-Graduate Workers: Application for Nomination form. I already apply under CEC but im yet to receive my AOR and if i answer YES will it affect my chances of getting approved by AINP because i already applied for permanent residence?

Have you, your spouse/common-law partner, or any of your dependent children, already submitted an application for permanent residence in Canada to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)? Yes No

My guess your answer has to be YES. Because you might get the AOR any time soon, and they might have already recorded your application under CEC at CIC which to my understanding counts as an application to Permanent Residency.

The answer should be NO. You are applying for provincial nominee only. After you get it, that's the time you have to submit that as one of the requirements for Permanent residency application to CIC.

I'm in Canada by myself, no relatives. I had tried to remove this part but it says " you have reached the minimum number of items allowed" So should I just leave this part?

- If I list all of my relative in the application, would that help the decision from the immigration? Cos I just want to include one. thanks.
