See the following link for information on how to order notes:PatientlyWaitingSpouse said:I'm in a similar position where our TRV was denied 4x but the response is not very clear. I also read that in a previous case, a judge ordered that CIC officers should actually explain specifics to each case and not just use the checklist response. Can you please share what sites are you referring to? Or provide more details on how one can ask for the immigration notes? I would like to ask for our case's immigration notes.
You can get the case's notes by filling up an online form found at this link: www(dot)cic(dot)gc(dot)ca / english / department / atip / requests-atip(dot)aspPatientlyWaitingSpouse said:I'm in a similar position where our TRV was denied 4x but the response is not very clear. 1. The OP is overseas, so can't apply for the CGMS using privacy, has to authorized someone in Canada to do it, or pay one of the commercial companies.johnnycage said:You can get the case's notes by filling up an online form found at this link: www(dot)cic(dot)gc(dot)ca / english / department / atip / requests-atip(dot)asp
It costs 5$ and takes about a month to process. The case's notes will be emailed to you. As from every application sent to the CIC, don't expect any form of acknowledgment, so you just have to wait after you sent the request.
It doesn't matter who made the mistake - you are responsible for it because it's your application.SINGH86 said:After 4th refusal today i received my GCMS Letter from CIC and my travel agent did big mistake in the application form.
You should forget about coming to Canada on any sort of temporary visa (work permit, study permit, visitor visa). There is now no chance you're going to be approved.SINGH86 said:yes dear, Officer said the client on his 4th attempt to obtain visa for Canada. In this application there is mention of his prev 3 refusalls, but there is no mention of his one refusal from the USA.This is fact of not revealing the US visa app is a concern.
