After Medical call?????

I have been admitted at University of Lethbridge with funding .........I have got a medical call from Canadian embassy after completing application. I know that there is no medical complexity.... Now what is the next procedure ......... to which extent I can expect to get final visa confirmation.....

I was refused on these reasons
1)travel history
2)purpose of visit
3)family ties
4)not sure u will return after studies..

It depends on ur visa office. For example, in pak, medical call is made only after all other factors have been considered and ur eligibility has been determined and if u get medical call then there is 90% chance u hv been approved. In nigeria, medical call is made wen the file goes for initial review. But its completely upto visa officer's discretion. He can send it anytime. So yeah, just keep praying
