After ITA application questions

Hello,

I received my ITA yesterday, and I have few questions concerning the application.

1- Should I translate the non english/french documents from Arabic to English? If so, is a cic licensed translator required?

2- I have my uncle (my mother's brother) living in Canada, which I have mentioned in my application. I'm requested to submit a "Proof of Relationship" to prove that he is my uncle. How can I prove that? Or what's the best way to do it?

3- I lost my ECA reports, I just can't remember where I put them :(, I have a scanned copy. On the positive side, it seems I can request another physical copy from WES. My question is, do you think that will cause any problem, since the date on the new report MIGHT be newer than the ITA date?

Thank you, and congratulations to everybody that got their ITA, and good luck to the rest :)

1. Aĺl documents which are not in english has to be transalted from a certified translator (no necessarily cic certified, if you are outland applicant)
2.yes you have to prove the relationship. Show his birth certificate, your mothers birth certificate, showing common parents.
3. Thats should not be an issue. Its a duplicate one but the certificate number should be same.

1. "If a supporting document is in a language other than English or French, the applicant must provide CIC with a copy of the original document as well as a version translated by a certified translator." taken from CIC website.
3. The date on a new report should stay the same as it is a day you got your credentials evaluated, and not certificate issued.
