It all depends on your knowledge level of English or French. Probably you would need to take a knowledge test before you could take those classes (if spaces are available).
I have a question. Canada has free language learning programs (English and French) for new immigrants. I was wondering what are the requirements in order to qualify for these classes?
I lived in Canada for 4 years as an international student and currently I am in the middle of my immigration process. I do not really need English classes, however I would like to learn French. Would I be able to take French even though I am not really new to Canada?

When I checked the language courses for immigrations, they said, if you have PR you can enroll, once you get ur citizen, no longer eligible to access that facility. Hope you can learn French within first three years
