I want to do Caips notes, but i can not do the order cos my file number start with EP0000000 and (EP) is not exist in the order fields. Any idea please?

Yes i know but when i want to do the order there is a field about file number and we must chose one of these characters to start the number (B, s, v, w, E). I do not know what i chose cos my file start with EP not B or E or V....... :'(

yes you should fill it full starting woth EP I ordered caips before and in file number field just put the full number you have like EPXXXXXXXX

I guess I received the so-called Golden email asking me for the passport.

First and foremost, I know all of you are waiting. I really wish every one of you will receive the visa. I really assure you that these people are working now and it is no joke. I have been waiting since 2010 for this (can't believe it's been 5 years!). Good luck to all of you one by one and thanks for all the help.

The email doesn't say the visa will be granted. It says a decision has been made but it talks extensively about the validity of visa etc. etc. so I presume things are OK.

- Does anybody know how I can send the passports to Amman without myself going there? Is there a way to send them through DHL and DHL arranges for delivery and pickup and delivery back to me?

- To complicate things, I have a trip lined up end of next month. They are talking that the process will not take more than 10 days. Does anybody know exactly how much time it takes?

Any help will be appreciated and thank you again and the best of luck.

and I just want to ask you if you are Syrian, Did you receive your new CSQ..did you send a copy of it to Bucharest?

Yes i am Syrian. Bucharest office is processing my file though they want me to send the passports tonAmman.

My CSQ expired one year ago. I didn't renew or send anything. The visa office took care of that.

Congratulations dear! It is a good sign that they are working but they are still very mysterious about the whole process. Hopefully everyone will receive good news soon whether it is the medicals or the visa.

You can send your passport by DHL and they bring it back to you with the stamped visa. Please tell me when did you do your medical tests? I did mine on Feb 04

dear Members,

please i need your help.

I have CSQ and i already applied for federal and got the AOR, but still until now when i check my application status it's showing "application received"
since two days i got a new baby girl, i will definitely ask for CSQ for her.

Question:

shall i inform cic? if yes, how i will do to whom i should send the document and what is this documents?
taking into consideration that the passport will take at least 4 months to get it.
