nshallah ,, 8 month ,
I'm afraid that after 8 month they will send only the Medical
as the Lebanes send them the update and the medical together and most of them got the visa

this period for processing ur file,in other words, they tell u that we will finish processing ur file completly within 8 months( ka2nno 3am e2lolak enno send us New application w ne7na ra7 finish ur file within this period w ne7na ma e2lna 3ala2a bil wa2et eli kanet files bi Amman, hai meshkele Amman mesh meshkeltna,ne7na ra7 nestelem mennak New file w New forms w u get the visa within this period maximum).Regarding Lebanese applicants,it right that they received medical and update forms together ,but security check for them started after medical and it was very strange ,coz most of them received the visa and its validity was just 4 or 3 months and sometimes just 2 months(due to the validity of medical) ,now if u dont receive medical next days or weeks,so means the security check starts now for u before medical and u can check about it just by Caips,u can see like these phrases in Caips(Criminality: started, medical: Not yet, eligibility: passed coz u have CSQ) ,as happened with dr Rania and all applicants 2010 who receive the visa from Amman vo,like rami.I am just waiting anyone from u to receive medical in order to know which plan they will depend: medical then security or security before medical, then i will tell u what will happen next ,sad2ni sar 3anna expierence akter men lawyers taba3 immigration :D, lets wait and see.

I think our files are the reason behind the delay in Lebanese file .so you should measure based on old applicants not recent applicants . in the email they said "Your application will be processed according to the date it was initially received. This transfer will not cause any delay" this phrase is very important because it means that we have priority since we are the oldest files in the office . the coming days will prove my theory best of luck to all

Dear Tarek, are you sure that the 8 months is the max period to get the visa? I noticed that about 50% of Lebanese in this forum get their visas after more than 8 months from sending the medical (or update docs)

Maybe they mean by 8 months the max period before they send the medical request.. I hope that I'm wrong.
