thanx my dear,i contacted with my friends lebanese and told me that they will send this letter to me tomorrow maximum,regarding landing fees they did not request for me landing fees so i will see if i will receive it in the same letter for medical instructions or not ,i will update u when i get it.

i read the email i received carefully and found that it is not clear whether they only want the military exemption certificate alone or with the updated forms. what do you guys think?

In the interest of better workload distribution, Citizenship and Immigration Canada has transferred your application for permanent residence to our office for further processing.

Make sure to always quote your file number in all correspondence with our office. Your application will be processed according to the date it was initially received. 1. Military service exemption certificate



Documents bearing other languages must be submitted as certified copies accompanied by original certified translations into English or French.

The forms listed above can be found on the CIC website at: www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp

Please complete and then print the forms. All forms must be signed. You need to update the above documents even if they have already been submitted. Please declare personal history and addresses since the age of 18 without any gaps in dates.

Please forward by mail all requested documents together within 60 days from the date of this letter. The documents must be sent to the Embassy of Canada in Bucharest at the following address:

Remember to quote your file number on all correspondence. We will update your file but not acknowledge receipt of the documents. We will contact you if the need arises.

Please note that your application is still subject to admissibility checks and verifications that are deemed necessary. Please do not make case status enquiries for the next 8 months, as our resources are devoted to case processing and we will not be able to answer routine enquiries.

However, please do advise us if there is a change in your personal circumstances, such as the birth of a child, a marriage or divorce. You must also inform us of a:

- Change of address, including change of e-mail address;

I like your email it is the best because you do not need to fill forms and all this headache . and yes they only need from you Military service exemption certificate because your application still hot and fresh . by the way recent emails give me one indication that they are going to process our file faster than we thought I wish we all receive medical very soon so we can count one year of landing from date of medical

thanx my dear moheiddin,hope u and all get medical soon,my dear mft,i dont have any news about kita ,i knew that he sent update forms to bucharest.believe me guys i didnt think that they will indicate about medical in my email, i was surprised when they told me that i am required to undergo to medical examenations in a separate letter which they r sendung it to me ,so i will update u when i get this instructions coz they told me that i should do it within 60 days maximum,think i will get it tomorrow inshalah

They send tow messages, one in french, and the other in English !!!!

Do not be sad my dear the medical is very soon. this mistake happened because they only change the forms requested from everyone like mike case while the body of the message is the same . I think your officer sent you the body of message with medical request . also I noticed that your email in French while all of us received the email in English ??

I have a question regarding the Syrian military certificate. Where do u get it from? And is it enough to photocopy the military booklet and translate it?

Thanks dear mft. actually you are right, i sent them an email to get a clarification about what they really need me to send them and their answer was that there is no need to update all the documents as the ones they have were received less than than a year ago.

it looks like they are going to do security checks before the medical checks unlike the lebanese cases. that would be better for us as they validity of the visa will be longer and it would be easier for us to arrange for our departure.

I hope we won't have to count one year from now. let's hope they will stick to the eight months they mentioned in their emails and hopefully less than eight months.
