hey ..
i feel that they request documents of other file ,
1> i am single why did they ask family record , what do you advice me dears ,
today i ask it ( لتة طويلة )as daftar el3ieleh with my dad and he is out of country and to extract family record dftar el3aielh is must
or i have to wait more that 2 weeks to get it
i will send them ( اخراج قيد فردي ) as i am not married

2> why they ask about police certificate from France , i never been in France b4 .
3> i served in MS why they ask exemption certificate ...

If i were u, I would send exactly what they asked.
1- if u r single, ur name will appear in your dad family record. I got it in one day on Thursday and a snap shot of dafter el3aielh is enough.
2- u can enclude a letter stating that u did not live in France and clear this confusion.
3- send ur (وثيقة إنهاء خدمة) instead of exemption certeficate.
Finally, they have a detailed look at your file before requesting update but I think it depends on the officer handling your file. For me, they did not ask for family record nor military exemption but they asked an additional document related to my previous stay in canada.
Don't give them any reason for delaying the processing of ur file.

i dont know why they said family record , may they called Family Record about ( اخراج القيد )

by the way they listed in the website the following

but the problem that today i was at >>sh2on Madnieh .. they quested dafter 3aileh , but i don't have it here , it's with my father
and all my family out of Syria now ... i have to wait my father to send it to me ...
other thing , no one accept to translated MS document ...

hi guys
1-at the first,familiy record is the same defter 3a2le or e5raj kid 3a2li,it means u can send e5raj kid 3a2li or daftar 3a2le.
2- they request from u police certificate from france coz they saw ur master from france and they thought that u lived in france,and u did not explained them it before with ur first file,so now u have to write a letter with explaination about that coz u can not get police certificate from France if u have not been there.
3-i think as Mike said,this an email standard ,they just review documents,if any document miss,so they request it and it will prove when they send me an email,if they request from me military exempted certificate,then means they dont read any file,just send a standard email in order to receive new forms ,then they will start processing every file quickly,coz it will be redicilous to ask me again exempted certificate knowing i sent it with first file and living abroad now.

i field my federal at Jan 2011
and i emailed them for the location of my file and it is at Bucharest
I need your help what should i do ?
should i email them again asking why everybody i know got the email but me
or should i wait

yeah fgs,send them an email and asking about ur file,maybe they will send u this email quickly after receiving ur email as happened with acoustica,and u have right to know about ur file coz they started working on our files now.

حابب بس وضحلكون شغلة.انا اعرف شخص حكى معي شخصيا و هو من سوريا و سافر الى ليبيا مع عائلتو من سوريا بسبب الاوضاع بسوريا و مكتب تبعها عمان و هي دكتورة و مقدمة طلب من 2010 يعني من جماعة 2010 و بعد 3 سنين مكتب عمان طلبو منها ابدايت متلنا و اوراق الي طلبوها هو لاحكم عليه من ليبيا فردت عليهون برسالة مرفقة مع الابدايت و شرحتلون انو هية ما بتقدر تطلع لاحكم عليه لانو هي ما معها اقامة بليبيا مع انو كان صرلها سنة بيلبيا بس طبعا داخلة دخول نظامي و انو كمان الاوضاع متوترة بيلبيا و مافي حكومة فمشان هيك ما بتقدر تبعت لاحكم عليه , هي بعتت الابدايت مع هل رسالة المرفقة و اتصوروا بعد هل شي بعتولها ميديكال و طلبه منها هل باسبورات بعد شهرين و هلا هي بمونتريال و مشي الحال و اكيد مفتي بتعرفها منيح
و انا حكيت معها شخصيا و حكتلي كلشي و التلي بس كون واضح معون

Dear Ahmad, it is strange that they asked you for a family civil record when you are single. I think if you send them a new individual civil record they can see that your marital status is single and that there is no need for a family civil record. If you want to be on the safe side, get a family record and send it with your application. I don't think it is this difficult to get it. You can find any (mu3aqeb mu3amalat) or someone from the civil affairs to help you get it without asking your dad to send you the family booklet. We are in Syria my friend and everything can be solved, you know what i mean

As for the military service, you need to explain that you did it and that you are done. I understand it is difficult to find a translator to accept to translate the military booklet for you but at the end I think you will find someone.

the validity of police certificate for immigration purposes is considered one year(12 months). for another visas like studying,tourism,working is considered 3 months and this law in all countries,not just in our country,so dont worry my dear,just send it .

you need to go to the military services in Tabarbour and ask for the certificate of military exemption for travel or immigration purposes and they will provide it to you
