after doing the medical
will they ask for any doucuments?
so can we leave anywhere any wait 4 passport request?

my dear kita,why cant u move anywhere?u can move anywhere my dear now ,before medical and after medical,u have right to do what u want ,u have right travel and stay anywhere while waiting medical request and visa,regardring documents ,they will request from u just new police ceritificate and update ur cv if ur file exceded one year

they will ask you to update police certificate most probably . and you can go to anywhere from now when your visa is ready you can come to Amman for stamping it

i am agreed completly with mft25,u have right to go anywhere now while waiting visa and medical ,and u can do medical in any center approved and designated by canada,u have right to move ,u got csq,so go anywhere u want,when ur visa is ready,u can come to amman for stamping it

coz ur first vo is amman ,and this office transferred ur file to bucharest,when ur visa will be ready,u will go to amman or send ur passport to amman vo,and later amman vo will send ur passport to bucharest to stamp visa ,then return ur passport,this is what happened with our friends lebanais ,they delivered their passports to bierut vo ,beirut vo told them that they will send the passport to bucharest vo ,after that they received it and it was written on the visa Bucharest vo,i saw it by my eyes,one applicant sent me it by whats up

amman office your visa office so they will send your visa to Amman for stamping . normally if you are in another office not Amman may be it is possible and logical request but you will not risk your life with this request to ghost office who is not capable of doing basic and routine duty then what about a request they never did before . I advise you to pay ticket and come by your self or DHL instead of taking risk waiting forever for your request to be done . do not give them any chance to manipulate you again

mft,someone from iraq asked me that he sent his file 5 months ago,he asked for plolice certificate from another country,coz he lived there 2 years,3 days ago he got this police certificate,so can he send it to bucharest vo?or now it became too late? i replied him that u can do that coz they will ask for it later ,and by this way ,he will speed up his file and it is not late coz he can send this police certificate anytime ,is it right?

mft,someone from iraq asked me that he sent his file 5 months ago,he asked for plolice certificate from another country,coz he lived there 2 years,3 days ago he got this police certificate,so can he send it to bucharest vo?or now it became too late? i replied him that u can do that coz they will ask for it later ,and by this way ,he will speed up his file and it is not late coz he can send this police certificate anytime ,is it right?

he can send it anytime and it will be added to his file 100% . in that case they will not ask him to send new one .it will speed up his file if there is no more papers required from him at the time of processing his file

i think that they will ask u update some forms coz ur file exceded one year from the date of sending the file,i think that u will send them by post adresse not email,think that,u will send them to embassy in bucharest ,u have to write on paper ur name,ur file number,ur date birth,after that they will add these documents on ur file,dont worry drali,when they see ur file number ,they will add these documents,hope they send me medical request before septembre ,coz if they done that,i will not be asked for update documents and police certificates ;D,coz i applied in 27 septembre 2013,hope that

any support document or update only will be accepted by mail (registered mail or courier like aramex,dhl,.. ) nothing will be accepted by email . regarding the instruction and all other details you find it in details explained in the email requesting that paper

Dear all
for all members in this forum,for all questions about processing time of our files in bucharest vo,i would like to explain u the whole process in order to everyone here understand what they r doing now,why some applicants will receive their visa faster than others.
the process divide into 3 parts:
1-the first is eligibilty and we r eligible coz we have CSQ from Gouverment of Quebec,we r selected by this proivence .
2-the second is the medical exam and the security check(police clearance) ,regarding security check ,it is done before sending medical,again i repeat before medical,it is about police ceritificates .
3-the third is criminality,and it is the most important stage in whole this process,coz Bucharest VO will contact with another agencies (CAA,Interople,Canadian agency,Blacklist)and others VO in order to know everything about applicant .this process differs from one applicant than other,coz one applicant lived in one country(so it will be very easy to check out about him),an applicant live in 2 countries like me (it will be a bit long coz VO will contact with others agencies there to check out about him),an applicant lives in 3 countries .....
and it is related about profession too,coz if someone served in army,of course it will be a bit delay to check out ,if someone was an officer in Army or in security general in his country ,it will be a bit dely
so u see that this third stage is the most important and when they complete this stage ,they will send u visa
u should conclude from my explaination that they r doing the police clearance of our file,after doing it,they will send medical and it will be very very soon coz we have sumbitted all our police certificates with our files,thats why they will ask some applicants here to resend them new police certificates(police certificate expire after one year from the date of its issued) in order to send them the medical soon.
i hope that everyone here now understand and know what they r doing now with our files and what this process is
