pls,i wish that every person who is not sure of the news or informations that does not put its and confuses others,if the news r not official and issued from the Government of Quebec, so it remains just a rumor and worthless,We are human beings and it is not good for everyone concern us about something is not correclty,just quoted from site Lowyer and all know what is job Lowyer in these days??one day u said that all 2014 they will not touch any file,one month later,they started send medical to applicants october,novembre 2010.

لازم نعرف كل الاخبار السلبيه و الايجابيه
فعلا ب ٢٠١٤ ما صار اي معالجه لملفات جديده اللي كم واحد بعتولهم هدول معالجه قديمه و غيرهم ما تم شي
نحن كلنا وضعنا صعب وانا يمكن اكتر بس لازم نتداول كل السلبيات و الايجابيات

it will happen in syria,iraq ,in all arabic countries,not in country where there r rules,laws,it is so different,u quoted it from site Lowyer,not official site,the second thing,u said that all 2014 will not touch any files,I do not want to argue now,if they dont want u,they wouldent open all program QSW,they wouldnt give u CSQ,they wouldnt working on ur file,they wouldent call u for interview,these people r not moody like us,by the way after 2 weeks they will send to me a certificate of confirmation de participation in course SIEL coz i participated in this course for 3 months online,and this certificate is issued from Gouverment of Quebec,so they waste time with me !!! from now and then i will not share any information in this forum

The office is slow yes but not dead, I guess they are focusing on the apps that are old.
For example now since I am on the last stages (Medical test) If I send them an email they reply to me on the same day which is something never happened to me before.

يا اصدقائي قبل اكثر من اسبوعين قلت لكم اني استلمت ايميل من مكتب وزير الهجرة وقال فيه انهم يخشون على الشعب الكندي من امثالنا السوريين والعراقيين والشرق الاوسط كله, لذلك قالوا انهم يحتاجون الى وقت كبير للتجييك الامني لضمان سلامة الكنديين في كندا. لذلك يا اصدقائي حاولوا ان تعيشوا يومكم وكفى لله المؤمنين ولا حول ولا قوة الا بالله العلي القدير

Today I received a reply from the senator's office. His assistant told me that my complaint will be forwarded to the minister's office. But anyway I don't think this will have any influence because I already sent the same email to the minister and did not receive any reply.

As Dr. Ali said, it is possible that they do not want to receive Syrians and Iraqis in their country in huge numbers but they are accepting applicant's of other categories than the QSW and also accepting Syrians and Iraqis applying from other countries. Why are not Jordanians receiving visas either? Is it their fault to have their applications in the same office as Syrians and Iraqis? It is really confusing and disappointing. Plus, we are only a few hundreds, not that many.

what about Egyptian they are not from the middle east ??only they need 14 months what about abudhabi office only 28 months . what about Lebanese applicants applied same interval like me and they got landing right now !! what about Jordanian as mike said (as my case) and I submitted all my police certificates and they did not even start process my application. it is not matter of nationality it is about Amman office stupidity and laziness that is all .
