Dear Ammani, as our friend mft told you, you need to apply according to the VO assigned to your country, which is Amman for sure and then you need to wait and see if it will be handled there or transferred to another VO. Unfortunately nothing is clear. We don't know why Amman office was very slow and why they needed to transfer our files to Bucharest. We don't know if the few files remaining in Amman will be processed faster than before. Even Bucharest office now is not giving us any news. Send your application and you will get the visa hopefully sooner or laterAmmani said:Greetings to everyone following this thread.
Indeed, during the past couple of days I have been reading the whole 101 pages of this thread trying to understand the situation in Amman Visa Office. I understood that ALL applications handled to this lazy office from ALL categories, including Quebec and Federal, AND from 2010 to 2013 have been switched to Bucharest VO. Is my understanding correct my friends?
I am praying and waiting for my PER this year (FSW2014) and have been studying the next step. My Visa Office on the application I sent is Amman and God knows where would CIC transfer it after they finish their part of the review. Is there any advice, brothers and sisters, so that I don't pass through the stress and suffer you went through? And do you think that Amman VO will have a fresh start for 2014 applications as the burden of the backlog has been shouldered to Bucharest? Or do you think this year's applications will be passed to Bucharest VO as well?
BTW, just wanna let you know that that 2014 is the last year for the FSW Program as Canada will apply a new system called Express Entry starting Jan 2015. So, I guess, they will have a plenty of time in all Visa offices to clear the backlog, hopefully!
Thank you all for the feedback and wish you all luck from the bottom of my heart. :-*
Best regards.
Thank you Mike_Syria for your feedback. Thank you all and good luck!Mike_Syria said:Dear Ammani, as our friend mft told you, you need to apply according to the VO assigned to your country, which is Amman for sure and then you need to wait and see if it will be handled there or transferred to another VO. Did they write to you exactly that "they work very fast" on our files??
I've received an email from them as well but they didn't write anything about it...But it was on 27th of June...
Thanks a lot Dr. Ali for this great news. Hopefully God will answer our prayers this Ramadan.drali said:My friend, they wrote this sentence (Soyez assuré que nous mettons tout en œuvre pour traiter les demandes le plus rapidement possible).
